The Open University of Tanzania

Library Services is an Academic Unit of the Open University of Tanzania. Its mission is to provide high quality information services that support the university's core missions of teaching, research, and consultancy. The Library operates through three Units headed by Heads of Units who work closely under the Director of Library Services.

As the university's central source of scholarly information, the Library connects students and staff across all regional and coordination centres with print collections, digital resources, and research support, ensuring that distance does not stand in the way of access to knowledge.
