PROF. MUKANDALA VISITS THE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION IN MANYARA, SIMIYU AND GEITA

The Chairman of the Council of the Open University of Tanzania, Prof. Rwekaza Mukandala and some Management members led by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Elifas Bisandaon their site visit to witness the progress of the ongoing construction of three Regional Centres Premises in Simiyu, Geita and Manyara.
 
Along with them were the Deputy Vice Chancellor-Learning Technologies and Regional Services Prof. Alex Makulilo, Secretary to the Council Adv. Nelly Moshi and the Manager to the Vice Chancellor’s office Dr. Albert Memba.
 
After visiting all the three facilities under construction the Council Chairman,the Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellor-Learning Technologies and Regional Services were satisfied with the construction pace. Even though, they asked the contractor to maintain the pace and complete the tender on time.
 
During their official visit which started on the 12th of October and ended on the 16th of October 2020 they also visited the Geita Regional Commissioner Eng. Robert Gabriel who accorded them with cordial reception.
