The Department of International Students has two sections, one dealing with Admissions and Student Records and the Section of Student Services and Fees collections to manage records of fees paid and arrange examinations and other ICT services. The department of International Students works closely with the admission offices of both Undergraduate and Postgraduate and ensures international applicants secure admissions at the University. It oversees all international student services and works out a plan to respond to students queries/cases through emails, WhatsApp and any other platforms. Generally, it is responsible to ensure smooth learning of students through online platforms and handling of administrative issues such as fee payment records, examinations, supervision, handling of academic records in Students Academic Register Information System (SARIS) and processing of transcripts and certificates immediately after graduation.
